Privacy Policy
Pocket Plan is a private, manual budgeting app. It does not ask for bank credentials, connect to financial institutions, use advertising networks, or sell personal data.
Information You Enter
Budgets, transactions, categories, goals, paycheck plans, learned merchant rules, and profile settings are stored locally on your device. Pocket Plan begins empty and only uses information you choose to enter.
iCloud Sync
When iCloud sync is available, Pocket Plan can sync app data through your private iCloud account using Apple services. The developer does not operate a separate account system or budgeting database for this information.
Screenshot Imports
Photos are accessed only when you choose them for import. Text recognition runs on your device. Detected rows remain staged for your review before they become saved transactions. Pocket Plan does not send screenshot text to an external OCR service.
Purchases
The lifetime unlock is processed by Apple as an App Store in-app purchase. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Pocket Plan checks Apple-provided purchase entitlement status to unlock features and restore purchases.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, their scheduling and content are handled locally through Apple notification services. Pocket Plan does not operate a remote notification server.
No Tracking or Advertising
Pocket Plan does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or data brokers. It does not sell personal or financial information.
Your Controls
Settings includes controls to delete import history, reset learned rules, and erase financial data. Data erased from the app may also be removed from synced devices through iCloud. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data from that device.
Support Communications
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond to your request. Do not send bank credentials, full account numbers, or sensitive financial screenshots. Contact the7dollarhabit@gmail.com.
